I was looking at ArchNews and found a design by MIT and Carlorattiassociati teamed up to create a water wall curtain that will be able to display digital messages on it as well as when a person passes through the water it will create a curtain so the person can walk through. It is a design for a pavilion that will have a cafe and other public spaces. It's basically like a computer screen on water!

"The dream of digital architecture has always been to create buildings that are responsive and reconfigurable," says Ratti. "Think about spaces that can expand or shrink based on necessity and use. It is not easy to achieve such effects when dealing with concrete, bricks, and mortar. But this becomes possible with digital water, which can appear and disappear."

It will be in Spain and this kind of design just shows where design, natural systems, and technology can team up to create something creative, new, and fun!
